Additional Fees (Taxes & Duties)
All items are shipped from Japan. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged upon delivery by the courier or local customs authorities.
Please note that these fees are not included in the listed price.
If you would like an estimate of customs duties in advance, please contact us via “CONTACT.”
Order Confirmation
For high-value purchases, we may contact you prior to shipment to confirm customs-related consent or your shipping address.
Please respond within 3 days of receiving our email.
If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
【Orders】
Q. Can I purchase without creating an account?
A. Yes, guest checkout is available without creating an account.
Q. Can I create an account?
A. No, account registration is not available.
To become a member, a Pay ID is required. However, registering for a Pay ID requires a Japanese phone number.
Q. What is Pay ID?
A. Pay ID is a shopping service used on stores created with the e-commerce platform “BASE.”
【Shipping】
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business day.
Shipping is handled by EMS (Japan Post), DHL, or FedEx.
Q. How much is the shipping cost?
A. International shipping is a flat rate of ¥5,000.
Q. How can I check my tracking number?
A. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been shipped.
Q. Will there be any additional fees (taxes, duties, etc.)?
A. Yes. As items are shipped from Japan, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged upon delivery by the courier or customs authorities.
These fees are not included in the listed price.

All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs duties, a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping costs and any applicable customs-related fees.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after shipment.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, remote locations, peak seasons such as Christmas, or international circumstances.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Q. Can you explain the item condition?
A. Our condition rankings are as follows:
・N: Brand new or unused item.
・S: Excellent condition, minimal signs of use.
・A: Very good condition, light signs of use.
・B: Good condition, moderate signs of use.
・C: Fair condition, heavy signs of use.
Q. Are the items authentic?
A. Yes. All items we sell have passed authenticity inspections in Japan. Please shop with confidence.

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. The following payment methods are available for international customers:

【Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations】
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Returns are accepted only if the item has a major defect or damage not stated in the photos or product description, or if an incorrect item was delivered.
Please contact us via CONTACT within 3 days of delivery (including the delivery date) to request a return.
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
・No contact made within 3 days of delivery
・Damage caused by the customer
・Returns due to customer preference (e.g., size or texture not as expected).
・Missing items or accessories
・POCKET MAISON tag has been removed
・Returns sent without prior notice
Q. What is the return process?
A. Please follow the steps below:
① Contact Us
Contact us via CONTACT within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
② Return Shipment
Ship the item to the return address provided in our reply email, using cash on delivery (collect).
Please ship the item within 3 days after receiving our instructions.
After shipping, provide us with the tracking number.
③ Inspection
Once the item arrives, we will check its condition and included accessories.
④ Refund
Once the inspection is completed, a refund will be processed.
Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
Please note that customs duties paid to customs authorities are non-refundable by our shop.
If you wish to request a refund of customs duties, please contact your local customs office.
Q. Can I exchange an item?
A. No. All items are one-of-a-kind, and exchanges are not available.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us via CONTACT.
Once the item has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
